PA6-NAT

This premium quality polyamide 6 is the universal material for general components in plant and machine construction. Readily available, PA6-NAT has excellent anti-friction properties and high resistance to gamma and X radiation. This material is cast in natural colour.

PA6-MO-BLK

Thanks to the addition of molybdenum sulphide, PA6-MO-BLK displays enhanced crystallisation and self-lubrication. The hardness of the material is increased, leading to an improved friction behaviour and durability occurs due to an increase in the hardness of the material. This material is available in black.

PA6-COLOUR

This premium polyamide 6 is cast in a wide variety of colours to suit your individual requirements, including red yellow, green and blue. Don’t see the colour you want? Let us know and we’ll find what you’re looking for.

PA6-OIL

Through integrating a hybrid lubricant in the form of microscopic droplets with the raw material, PA6-OIL is created. With this material, the stick-slip phenomenon can be avoided. Perfectly suited to slow-moving unlubricated elements, applications include bearing sleeves, leads and curve guides. PA6-OIL is available in a wide range of colours, including natural ivory, black, yellow, green and blue.

PA6-PWR

Created especially for construction parts that demand enhanced gliding and durability properties, PA6-PWR ensures long-term functionality. When compared to metal, this material has the benefit of reduced weight. When compared to unfilled plastics, PA6-PWR demonstrates excellent tribological qualities. If you’re searching for gliding properties similar to that of PE 1000, combined with the high mechanical rigidity and wear resistance of polyamide, PA6-PWR is the ideal choice of material. Applications include wear plates and rollers, gliding and bearing elements subject to high pressure in fields of machine construction, conveyor technology and crane construction. Additional uses include cogwheels, sprocket wheels and curve guides. This material is available in green and black.

PA6-WAX

PA6-WAX is best known for its anti-friction properties due to being modified with wax. Applications include slide rails and sliding components. This material is available in a natural ivory colour.

PA6-HEAT

PA6-HEAT demonstrates superior resistance against thermic influences under stress due to being modified with a heat stabiliser. This material is available in blue.

PA6-IMPACT

Produced by a non-pressurised casting process, PA6-IMPACT is a blended product based on caprolactam and laurinlactam. Compared to pure caprolactam, this polyamide demonstrates increased toughness and decreased water absorption, decreased water absorption and increased toughness. Uses include guide rollers, discharge and infeed starwheels as well as cogwheels. This material is available in natural ivory.

PA6 - GLASS

Due to being filled with glass beads, PA6-GLASS displays high shape retention, increased rigidity and decreased water absorption, making it suitable for applications at elevated service temperatures. Though the typical percentage of glass beads is 30%, we can adjust the proportions to suit your individual requirements. Applications include guidance elements, curved pieces, coupling flanges, carrying rollers and machine components subject to high stress. PA6-GLASS is available in its natural ivory colour and grey.

PA6-FOOD

PA6-FOOD fulfils the FDA requirements for food contact and is the basic material for structural parts for plant and machine construction in the food processing industry. This material is available in natural ivory and blue.
